1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Build A Powerful Network Workshop (“the Workshop”), organised by Black Rise Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14626006), with its registered office at 176 Franciscan Road, London, England, SW17 8HH (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By booking a place in the Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • The Workshop is delivered online and pre-recorded.

  • Access is granted once full payment has been received.

  • Prices are:

    • £97 + VAT for the Workshop only.

    • £147 + VAT for the Workshop plus a 90-day plan and templates.

  • All payments must be made in GBP (£).

3. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of the Workshop, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • By purchasing, you waive any right to cancellation or refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Access to Resources

  • Participants may download accompanying resources, templates, and materials for personal use.

  • Templates may be used in your own work but must not be resold, redistributed, or used to replicate our unique framework, methodology, or intellectual property.

5. Workshop Content & Results Disclaimer

  • The Workshop content is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • While the strategies and tools provided are designed to support networking and professional growth, we make no guarantee of specific results, outcomes, or achievements.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, slides, recordings, templates, and materials provided during or after the Workshop remain the intellectual property of Black Rise Limited.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any Workshop materials without our prior written permission.

7. Participant Eligibility & Conduct

  • The Workshop is open to participants aged 16 and above.

  • You agree to use the content respectfully and lawfully, and not to misuse or misrepresent it.

8. Media & Testimonials Consent

  • By participating in the Workshop, you agree that any written, audio, or video testimonials, feedback, or reviews you voluntarily provide may be used by us for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

  • This may include (but is not limited to) use on our website, social media, newsletters, or other marketing materials.

  • We will never disclose sensitive personal data without your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Workshop.

  • Our total liability for any claim in connection with the Workshop shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your booking.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your data will only be used to deliver the Workshop, provide access to resources, and keep you informed of related services (where you have consented).

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
