Now, we’re looking for a Hands-On Technical Architect to help bring this vision to life through scalable, intelligent technology. This is not a maintenance role. This is about building something that can redefine how professional ecosystems operate, with equity from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of the platform (web & mobile), designing scalable, modular, and secure systems
• Stay hands-on, writing code, debugging, reviewing, and optimising alongside the team
• Translate business and product vision into technical systems that perform and evolve
• Own architectural decisions across infrastructure, backend, APIs, and integrations
• Work closely with the founder to shape product direction and platform capabilities
• Mentor developers as the team grows and technical standards evolve
• Ensure performance, security, compliance, and long-term scalability are embedded from the start

Who You Are

• A builder who thinks in systems and executes with precision
• Experienced in architecting and deploying on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong across modern stacks (Node.js, Python, React or similar)
• Confident with APIs, microservices, serverless architecture, and DevOps
• Able to move between high-level strategy and hands-on delivery without friction
• Motivated by building products that create real-world impact and access to opportunity
