Sixth Hive respects intellectual property rights and expects members to do the same. This policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes copyright on the Platform.

1. Ownership and member content

Sixth Hive owns or licenses the software, design, branding and other materials that make up the Platform. Members retain ownership of content they create, subject to the licence they grant to Sixth Hive under the Terms of Service.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Sixth Hive infringes your copyright, email info@sixthhive.com with:

• Your name and contact details.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

3. Review and action

We may ask for more information, contact the member who posted the content, restrict access while we investigate, or remove content where appropriate. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where permitted by law. We do not decide ownership disputes on behalf of third parties and may direct parties to resolve them through the appropriate legal process.

4. False reports

Do not submit a knowingly false or misleading report. We may take action against misuse of the reporting process.
