This Trust & Safety Policy explains the standards for using Sixth Hive, how concerns can be reported, and the actions we may take to protect members and the Platform. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. What is not allowed

• Illegal content or activity, including fraud, threats of violence, terrorist content and child sexual abuse material.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking or hateful conduct.
• Discrimination, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or promotion of self-harm.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, credentials, employment or achievements.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, unauthorised commercial messaging or attempts to manipulate Platform features.
• Doxxing, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement or sharing personal information without permission.

2. Reporting concerns

Use the in-product reporting tools where available, or email safety@sixthhive.com. Please include the relevant account, content or event and enough context for us to investigate. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.

3. How we review reports

We assess reports using this policy, the Terms of Service and applicable law. We may ask for more information, preserve relevant records, restrict access while we investigate, or refer matters to the appropriate authorities where legally required or necessary to prevent harm. Response times depend on the seriousness and complexity of a report.

4. Possible actions

• A warning or educational notice.
• Removal or restriction of content.
• Limits on posting, messaging, event or Hive participation.
• Temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
• Referral to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.

5. Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, email safety@sixthhive.com with the decision and the reason for your appeal. We will review appeals fairly and may request additional information.
